Brineary as a Dragon

So when I started out drawing him, he looked horrible. Then again, that was my sketch. As I went threw with it, he actually turned out really good. Liquid Chaos, his tail tip glave, was quite difficult to do. I rarely do weapons. I gave him webbed paws since he is aquatic. The god of water if I am correct. And his horn is cutled into that famous hair-do of his. And I saw his webbed wings being just like his eye color so I did that. I adore how his wings turned out! ^.^ They came out how I just envisioned them.
